Booking Policy

By booking with Timber Creek you agree to:

• Pay 100% of your booking cost to successfully complete your booking.
• If you have an approved booking you can cancel until 3 weeks prior to your booking and will receive 75% of your total booking value.
• If you have an approved booking and cancel within three weeks of your booking you will receive no refund.
• You can transfer your adventure to another guest(s) at any time prior to 24 hours before your adventure by contacting Timber Creek Adventures
